GB/T 10095.1-2008 Cylindrical gears.System of accuracy.Part 1:Definitions and allowable values of deviations relevant to corresponding flanks of gear teech (English Version)
This standard specifies the accuracy of the same-side tooth surface of a single involute cylindrical gear tooth. This part specifies the definitions of various precision terms of gear teeth, the structure of the gear precision system and the allowable values of pitch deviation, total tooth profile deviation and total helix deviation. This section applies only to each element of a single gear, not including gear pairs. It is emphasized that every user of this section should be very familiar with the methods and steps described in GB/Z 18620.1. Within the limits of this Part, it is inappropriate to use techniques other than GB/Z 18620.1. Appendix A (normative appendix) gives the tolerance calculation formula of tangential comprehensive deviation, which is also the quality criterion of this part, but it is not a mandatory inspection item. Appendix B (informative appendix) gives the values of the shape deviation and inclination deviation of the tooth profile and the helix, which are sometimes used as useful information and evaluation values, but are not mandatory inspection items.
