GB/T 10095.1-2001 Cylindrical gears--system of accuracy--Part 1: Definitions and allowable values of deviations relevant to corresponding flanks of gear teeth (English Version)
This standard specifies the accuracy of the same-side tooth surface of a single involute cylindrical gear tooth. This standard specifies the definition of various precision terms of gear teeth, the structure of gear precision and the allowable values of pitch deviation, total tooth profile deviation and total helix deviation. This standard applies only to each element of a single gear, not gear pairs. It is emphasized that every user of this standard should be very familiar with the methods and steps described in GB/Z 18620.1-2000. It is not appropriate to use techniques other than those within the limits of this standard. Appendix A (the appendix of the standard) gives the tolerance calculation formula of the tangential comprehensive deviation, which is the inspection item of this standard, but it is not a mandatory inspection item. Appendix B (reminder appendix) gives the tolerance and limit deviation of the shape deviation and inclination deviation of the tooth profile and the helix, which is sometimes used as a useful parameter and evaluation value, but it is not a mandatory item.
