- This standard specifies the working methods, insulating tools, protective equipment, operating essentials and safety measures for live working of 10kV voltage distribution lines. This standard applies to live overhaul and maintenance operations of 10kV voltage distribution lines. The live working of 3kV and 6kV distribution lines can refer to this standard. In view of the various types of electrical equipment in various places and the variety of operating items, this standard only serves as a principled guide on operating items and operating methods. This standard is a recommended standard, and appendices A and B are reminder appendices, which can be used as a reference in operations.
