Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements, work systems, operating methods, technical requirements, testing and transportation of tools, operating precautions and typical operating items for live operations on distribution lines with voltage levels of 10kV-35kV. This standard is applicable to the live inspection and maintenance operations of 10kV voltage level distribution lines in areas with an altitude of 4500m and below and 20kV-35kV voltage level distribution lines in areas with an altitude of 1000m and below. For live work on 3kV and 6kV lines, please refer to this standard. Note: In view of the diverse types of electrical equipment in various places, the large differences in the layout of pole equipment, and the wide variety of work items, this standard only provides principle guidance on work items and operation methods.
