- This standard specifies the minimum requirements and test methods for antimagnetic watches. This standard is based on accidental exposure of analog watches to a DC magnetic field of 4800 A/m. Appendix A of this standard involves antimagnetic watches with additional indications for magnetic field strengths exceeding 4800 A/m.
