Scope
This standard specifies the terms, definitions, symbols and abbreviations, classification and labeling, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, and packaging of steel mesh skeleton plastic (polyethylene) composite pipes and pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as pipes or pipe fittings) , transportation and storage. This standard applies to pipes and fittings for the transportation of urban water supply, urban gas, building water supply, fire water supply, and special fluids (including suitable industrial wastewater, corrosive gas slurry, solid powder, etc.). This standard stipulates that when similar plastics other than polyethylene (PE) are used, this standard can be followed.
