Scope

This standard specifies the general safety technical requirements for the construction of hydropower and water conservancy projects. This standard is applicable to the construction safety technical management, safety protection and safe construction of large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. Small hydropower and water conservancy projects can be implemented as a reference.
