- This standard specifies the content and requirements of civil aviation fuel quality investigation procedures. This standard applies to the investigation of aviation fuel quality involved in the investigation of various accidents and incidents involving all aircraft engaged in civil aviation activities within the territory of the People's Republic of China. This standard does not apply to the investigation of aviation fuel quality involved in the investigation of various accidents and incidents that occurred during the test flights of all civil aircraft before the first airworthiness certificate was obtained. Investigations involving users questioning the quality of added aviation fuel may be carried out with reference to this standard.
