Scope

This standard specifies the content and classification of civil aviation ground accidents. This standard applies to ground accidents that occur at civil airports, military-civilian airports (hereinafter referred to as airports) within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and aircraft registered in my country or operated by Chinese legal persons engaged in civil aviation activities in overseas airports.
