Scope
This section specifies a set of compact encoding rules, which can be used to derive transfer syntax for type values defined in GB/T 16262.1. These compact encoding rules are also applied to decode such transfer syntax in order to identify the data value being transferred. The coding rules stipulated in this part: - used in communication; - used in occasions where the main concern is to minimize the representation scale of the value when selecting the coding rules; - for all extended forms described in GB/T 16262.1, existing The encoding of values allows extension of the abstract syntax by adding additional values.
