This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of peanut butter. This standard applies to peanut butter made from peanut kernels as the main raw material, through screening, roasting, peeling, sorting, grinding and other processes, with or without the addition of auxiliary materials.
