Scope

This standard specifies the reagents, materials, operating procedures and result judgments used in the erythrocyte agglutination inhibition test. This standard applies to the monitoring of hemagglutination-inhibiting antibodies in SPF chickens infected with the following pathogenic microorganisms: Avian Influenza Virus (Type A) [Avian In-fluenza Virus (Type A)], Infectious Bronchitis Virus (Infectious Bronchitis Virus), Newcastle Disease Virus (NewcastleDisease Virus), Avian Adenovirus Group III (Egg Drop Syndrome), Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, Mycoplasma Synoviae.
