Scope

This part of GB/T 17999 specifies the technical requirements for plate agglutination test of chicken serum. This part is applicable to the serum antibody detection of the following pathogenic microorganisms in SPF chickens: Salmonella pullorum (Salmonella pullorum), Mycoplasma gallisepticum (Mycoplasma gallisepticum), Mycoplasma synoviae (Mycoplasma synoviae), Haemophilus paragauinarum .
