Scope

This part of GB/T 17999 specifies the technical requirements for the test tube agglutination test. This section applies to the detection of serum antibodies to Salmonella pullorum in SPF chickens. Use serum plate agglutination test to detect the antibody of Salmonella pullorum serum, if the result is difficult to judge, this part can be used for re-examination.
