Scope

This standard specifies the reagents, materials, operating procedures and result judgments used in the serum neutralization test. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of neutralizing antibodies after SPF chickens are infected with the following viruses: Avian En-cephalomyelitis Virus, Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus (In- fecti0us Laryng0tracheitis Virus), infectious bursal disease virus (Infectious Bursal Disease Virus).
