Scope
This part of GB/T21412 refers to the technical requirements for the design and manufacturing of safety, scale and adhesive flexible pipes. For the minimum requirements for typical labeling and packaging, please refer to the specifications and standards in use. 1 - Outer wrap; 2 - Covering layer; 3 - Breaking layer; 4 - Buffer layer; This section applies to hard and acidic materials Media, including external and injection applications. EN quality includes oil, gas, water and chemical injection. This section applies to static and dynamic flexible pipes used through flowlines, risers, jumpers and offshore installation hoses. This section applies to flexible pipes with a design pressure greater than or equal to 1.5MPa (15bar), and also applies to flexible pipes with low design pressures, although the design requirements for these flexible pipes are not specified. These guidelines for flexible pipes may be implemented with reference to OCIMEF. This section applies to flexible pipes used in piling hammers, torch gas supplies, water supplies and radio jets, although these requirements cannot be addressed by special and unique technologies. This section does not apply to flexible pipes used in compression and choke pipes. The application of well killing and choke pipes can refer to the guidelines of APISpec16C. This section does not apply to non-adhesive flexible pipes. Non-adhesive flexible pipe standards can refer to ISO13628-2. This section does not apply to flexible pipe accessories. Accessory parts guidelines can be implemented with reference to APIRP17B.
