Scope
This document specifies the configuration, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of poultry carcass spiral cooling equipment (hereinafter referred to as spiral cooling equipment). This document applies to the manufacture and application of spiral cooling equipment for poultry carcasses.
