Scope

This document specifies the composition and configuration, general technical requirements, main equipment technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of complete poultry slaughtering equipment. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, installation, test, inspection and use management of complete sets of poultry slaughtering and processing equipment.
