This part of GB/T21561 specifies the general characteristics of the pantograph of the main line rolling stock collecting current from the catenary system, and also specifies the tests that the pantograph (except insulators) should be carried out. This section applies to main line rolling stock pantographs. This section does not apply to insulation coordination tests for pantographs mounted on vehicle roofs. This section does not apply to subway and light rail vehicles pantographs.
