This standard specifies the basic requirements, operating procedures and result judgment for the inspection of Pseudomonas cocos subspecies fermented rice noodle. This standard applies to the etiological diagnosis of food poisoning caused by fermented rice noodles, spoiled fresh white fungus and other starch fermented foods, as well as the routine inspection and identification of the subspecies of Pseudomonas cocos.
