DBS63/ 0004-2021 Local Food Safety Standard Wolfberry Bud Tea This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of wolfberry bud tea. This standard applies to wolfberry bud tea made from the buds or young leaves of the wolfberry tree through cleaning, blanching, rolling, initial baking, tea-frying and other processes.
