GB/T 41997.2-2022
Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the design, manufacture and testing of electro-sensitive protective equipment (ESPE) for vision protection using a reference mode, and describes the special requirements for electro-sensitive protective equipment whose sensitive functions are passive reference modes. This document is limited to the functionality of the ESPE and the way it interfaces with the machinery. Vision-based electrosensitive protective equipment using reference patterns (VBPDPP) consists of a single image-sensitive device, with a passive reference pattern as the background, and the detection principle is based on the field of view of blocked or partially blocked patterns. No information about object thickness, shape, surface features or position is required for detection. NOTE: This document does not cover multi-image sensor devices. This document is applicable to: --- Vision-based automatic ESPEs, which do not require human intervention; --- Vision-based automatic ESPEs, which detect objects entering or existing in the detection area; --- VBPDPPs with a detection capability up to 200 mm. This document does not apply to: --- VBPDs using radiation wavelengths exceeding 400nm~1500nm. This document does not deal with: --- the size or configuration of the detection area and its configuration in relation to any specific application of hazardous parts; --- the dangerous state of any machinery; --- the requirements for complex classification or differentiation of detected objects ; ——Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) emission requirements.
