HJ 404-2021 Technical Specifications for Acceptance of Environmental Protection Facilities for Construction Project Completion Iron and Steel Industry (English Version)
This standard stipulates the working procedures and overall requirements for the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities in iron and steel industry construction projects, and proposes technical requirements for initiating acceptance, self-inspection of acceptance, preparation of acceptance monitoring plan, implementation of acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparation of acceptance monitoring report (form) . This standard is applicable to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of iron and steel industry construction projects, and is not applicable to coking, ferroalloy, iron ore mining and casting, and foundry industry construction projects. In iron and steel industry construction projects, the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities for self-provided thermal power generating units (factories) shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T255, and the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities of projects with ecological impacts such as docks and mines shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T394. Other contents not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the attachment of the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects on Pollution Impact Categories" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Announcement No. 9, 2018).
