HJ 256-2021 Technical specification for acceptance of environmental protection facilities after completion of construction projects Cement industry (English Version)
This standard specifies the work procedures and overall requirements for the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities in cement industry construction projects, and proposes technical requirements for initiating acceptance, acceptance self-inspection, preparing acceptance monitoring plans, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing acceptance monitoring reports (forms). . This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of cement industry construction projects. Use cement kilns to collaboratively dispose hazardous waste, domestic waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc., the mass of domestic waste mixed with the kiln shall not exceed 30% of the total mass of materials entering the kiln), urban and industrial sewage treatment sludge This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities for completed construction projects of solid waste such as animal and plant processing waste, contaminated soil, emergency waste, etc. The acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of ecological impact projects such as cement raw material mining shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T394. Other contents not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the attachment of the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects on Pollution Impact Categories" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Announcement No. 9, 2018).
