- This standard specifies the technical requirements for the determination of the scope of work, selection of implementation standards, layout of monitoring points, sampling, analysis methods, quality control and quality assurance, preparation of monitoring plans and monitoring reports for completed environmental protection acceptance of cement manufacturing industry construction projects. This standard applies to the environmental protection acceptance of completed construction projects in the cement manufacturing industry (excluding mining and on-site crushing). For cement plants that burn hazardous waste, separate inspection and acceptance should be organized in accordance with relevant national regulations. Environmental impact assessment, preliminary design (environmental protection topics), and daily supervision and management monitoring after the completion of the construction project can be implemented with reference to this.
