Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels (including: cylindrical containers, vertical cylindrical storage tanks, rectangular containers, and cylindrical silos). The design calculation of atmospheric pressure horizontal vessels is based on the relevant provisions of GB 150-1989 "Steel Pressure Vessels", and the allowable stress value can be selected according to Article 3.6 of this standard. This standard applies to containers that meet the following conditions: Container category design pressure PD design temperature tD (℃) volume limit cylindrical container -0.02MPa<PD<0.1MPa -20<tD<350 ≥500L vertical cylindrical container Storage tank-500Pa≤PD≤2000Pa -20<tD≤250 20m^(3)~1000m^(3) Cylindrical silo-500Pa≤PD≤2000Pa <100 Not limited to rectangular container connected to normal atmospheric temperature~ Note: Design temperature Vessels that are lower than or equal to -20°C, but meet the "low temperature and low stress conditions" stipulated in the GB 150 standard and whose adjusted (increased) design temperature is higher than -20°C, as well as austenitic high-alloy steel vessels , can be designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted in accordance with the provisions of this standard. This standard does not apply to the following types of containers: a. Containers directly heated by flames; b. Containers exposed to nuclear radiation; c. Containers containing extremely toxic or highly hazardous media; d. Containers directly buried underground; e. Liftable gas cabinet; f. Frequently transported containers; g. Containers with a calculated volume less than 500L.
