This standard specifies the basic requirements and diagnostic process, content and methods for energy-saving diagnosis of coal-fired units in thermal power plants. This standard applies to coal-fired generating units of 125MW and above in thermal power plants (except circulating fluidized bed units). Coal-fired units and circulating fluidized bed units of other capacity levels may be implemented as a reference.
