Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles and requirements for instrument selection, test procedures and test data processing for surface condenser operating performance tests. This standard is applicable to the operating performance test of water-cooled surface condensers. It is not applicable to the performance test of condensers and air-cooled condensers operating at higher than atmospheric pressure.
