This standard specifies the safety requirements for towage preparation, towage operations, displacement, installation and departure from the wellhead, docking and departure from the port and mooring (anchoring), and emergency response for shallow sea mobile platforms. This standard applies to mobile platforms and towing vessels engaged in shallow sea oil operations.
