Scope

This standard specifies the basic conditions for floating and lifting operations of shallow sea mobile platforms, safety requirements such as pre-operation inspection, platform bottom setting, platform lifting, platform raising and lowering operations, pile pulling, recording and emergency response. This standard applies to shallow sea mobile substructure platforms and self-elevating platforms.
