This standard specifies the construction requirements for the type and materials, design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of simple pressure vessels (hereinafter referred to as "vessels"). This standard applies to mass-produced containers that meet the following conditions at the same time: a) The design pressure is less than or equal to 1.6MPa; b) The design temperature is greater than or equal to -20°C, and the maximum operating temperature is less than or equal to 150°C; c) The volume is less than or equal to 1.0m; d) The product of working pressure and volume is less than or equal to 1.0MPa.m; e) The medium is air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, inert gas, water vapor evaporated from medical dis illed water, or a mixture of the above gases (vapors) ; The medium is allowed to contain other components such as oil that are not enough to change the characteris ics of the medium, but its flash point or fire point should be 30°C higher than the maximum operating temperature of the container and does not affect the compatibility with the material; f) The structure meets 4.1 .1 requirements. The following products do not fall within the scope of this standard: a) Containers used in military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, offshore facilities and ships; b) Non-independent pressure-bearing components on machines (such as compressor cylinders, etc.); c) Fire extinguis ers; d) Quick-opening containers; e) Mobile containers; f) Containers that require fatigue analysis and design; g) Direct flame-heated containers; h) Vacuum containers; i) Hazardous chemical packaging. The connection between the container and the external pipeline: a) The groove surface of the first circumferential joint of the welded connection; b) The end surface of the first threaded joint of the threaded connection; c) The first flange sealing surface of the flange connection ; d) The first sealing surface of the special connector or pipe connection. Pressure-bearing heads, flat covers and fasteners for nozzles, hand holes, etc. Welded joints between non-pressure components and pressure components. Non-pressure components directly connected to the vessel, such as supports, etc. An overpressure relief device connected directly to the vessel.
