Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ordinary height scales. This standard is applicable to general engineering measurements and ordinary height scales for measurements in civil construction, decoration, mechanical installation and other operations. Hereinafter referred to as "ruler".
