This standard stipulates the principles, procedures, contents and requirements for the preparation of feasibility reports on the use of forest land in construction projects and questionnaires on the status of forest land use. This standard is applicable to the preparation of feasibility reports on the use of forestland for construction projects nationwide and questionnaires on the current situation of the use of forestland. This standard does not apply to forest land occupied by engineering facilities that directly serve forestry production.
