Scope: This standard stipulates the principles, procedures, methods and results requirements for the preparation of county-level forestland protection and utilization plans (hereinafter referred to as county-level plans). This standard applies to the preparation of forestland protection and utilization plans for county-level administrative regions (referred to as counties, the same below) across the country. The forestry bureaus affiliated with Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Longjiang, and Daxinganling Forest Industry (Forestry) Group and the regiments affiliated with Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps will implement the regulations accordingly.
