This standard specifies the terms and definitions, composition, requirements, performance assessment, packaging, transportation and storage of the wet flue gas desulfurization absorption and oxidation system (hereinafter referred to as the system). This standard applies to the absorption and oxidation system of coal-fired boilers using limestone/lime-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization. Absorption and oxidation systems using other wet desulfurization technologies can be implemented as a reference.
