- This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dam crossing winches. This standard is applicable to small and medium-sized hydropower stations, water conservancy projects, river weirs, reservoir dams and other facilities, for ships, wooden rafts, bamboo rafts to pass over the dam peak, and for other traction transportation.
