Scope: This part of JB/T 12408 specifies the requirements for the manufacturing and acceptance of CNC heavy-duty deep hole drilling and boring machines. This section is applicable to workpiece spindle boxes with a maximum boring diameter of 250 mm to 2 000 mm, a maximum boring depth of 3 000 mm to 25 000 mm, and a maximum drilling diameter of 60 mm to 200 mm for general purposes with fixed and mobile types. CNC heavy-duty deep hole drilling and boring machine (hereinafter referred to as machine tool).
