This part of JB/T 12408 specifies the requirements and inspection methods and corresponding tolerances for the geometric accuracy, working accuracy, CNC axis positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of general-purpose and ordinary-precision CNC heavy-duty deep hole drilling and boring machines. This section is applicable to workpieces with a maximum boring diameter of 250 mm to 2 000 mm, a maximum boring depth of 3 000 mm to 25 000 mm, and a maximum drilling diameter of 60 mm to 200 mm for both fixed and movable upper shaft boxes.
