- This standard is applicable to the safe operation of flat (fixed wheel, sliding) gates, arc gates, waste racks, fixed winch hoists, hydraulic hoists, screw hoists and other equipment in large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects. For management and maintenance, small water conservancy and hydropower projects can be implemented as a reference. The grades of water conservancy and hydropower projects in this standard are classified according to SL 252 "Grading of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects and Flood Standards".
