Scope
This part of GB/T 10067 specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, ordering and supply of intermediate frequency vacuum induction melting furnaces (hereinafter referred to as vacuum furnaces). This part applies to those whose operating frequency is 50 Hz higher than the power frequency, lower than or equal to 10 000 Hz, and whose rated capacity is in the range of 0.01 t to 30 t, powered by an intermediate frequency semiconductor frequency conversion device (hereinafter referred to as the frequency conversion device), in a vacuum state It is an induction furnace for melting special alloy steel, nickel-based high-temperature alloy, titanium alloy, copper and its alloy, casting ingot or precision casting of complex parts.
