Scope: This publication contains the Rules of Procedure of the IECEE CB-FCS Scheme for Mutual Recognition of Conformity Assessment Certificates for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components. The requirements contained in these Rules of Procedure are additional requirements to those of the CB Scheme. The Scope of CB-FCS covers all Product Categories and Standards that are within the Scope of the IECEE CB Scheme.
