Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of water-based alkyd resin coatings. This standard applies to water-based alkyd resin coatings that use water-based alkyd resin or water-based modified alkyd resin as the main film-forming substance and form a film through oxidation and drying. The product is used for general protection of metal, wood and other material surfaces.
