Scope: This standard specifies the materials for preparing general paint films, the surface treatment of the base plate, the method of plate making, the drying and state adjustment of the paint film, the conditions of constant temperature and humidity, and the thickness of the paint film. This standard applies to the preparation of test panels for the determination of general properties of paint films.
