Scope

This standard specifies the method summary, equipment, closed coring method and quality review of the closed coring method for the determination of coalbed methane content. This standard is applicable to the sealed collection of coalbed methane content determination samples in the exploration and development of coal and coalbed methane, and the sampling for shale gas content determination can be used as a reference.
