Scope
This part of GB/T 31740 stipulates the terms, specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of theaflavins. This part applies to solid products containing theaflavins prepared from fresh tea leaves, tea extracts or tea polyphenols through enzymatic conversion and separation.
