This standard specifies the requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food yam vegetables. This standard applies to green food potatoes, ginger, konjac, yam, jicama, Jerusalem artichoke, manna (herbivorous silkworms), banana taro, taro, kudzu, sweet potato, cassava, chrysanthemum and other potato vegetables (for Latin scientific and common names, see Appendix A).
