Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food yam vegetables. This standard applies to green food potatoes, ginger, konjac, yam, jicama, Jerusalem artichoke, herbivorous silkworms, burnt taro, kudzu, sweet potato and other potato vegetables.
