This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, inspection rules, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food livestock and poultry meat products. This standard applies to green food livestock and poultry meat products (including prepared meat products, cured meat products, sauce-brais d meat products, smoked and roasted barbecue products, dried meat products and canned meat products). It does not apply to livestock meat, poultry meat, irradiated meat, etc. Livestock and poultry meat products and edible livestock and poultry by-products.
