This standard specifies the requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food mustard vegetables. This standard applies to green food mustard vegetables, including root mustard, stem mustard, leaf mustard and sprout mustard for fresh food and processing. Please see Appendix A for the classification of mustard vegetables and their Latin scientific and common names.
