Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food mustard vegetables. This standard applies to green food mustard vegetables, including root mustard, stem mustard, leaf mustard and sprout mustard for fresh food and processing.
